Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup organic dark cherries frozen
  • 1 handful spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 60 seconds or until thick and creamy. Top with cacao nibs, bee pollen, fruit or creamy almond butter! Enjoy immediately.
