Ingredients

  • 1-2" slices raw beet
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup yogurt greek or non dairy
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice or 1/2 an orange
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender + enjoy!
