Instead of just losing weight, I help you make a lifestyle change so you never have to worry about losing or gaining weight again. While working together, I can help you achieve (your) badass goals like completing a half marathon, crushing an obstacle course, or gaining the strength you desire to live a healthy life.
As a certified Yoga Instructor through the Registered Yoga Alliance, I use the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra to help individuals find balance and peace within themselves. By combining pranayama (breath work) with asana (physical postures) and meditation, your entire self can experience relief from day-to-day life. Whether you're new to yoga or an advance practitioner, I can help you explore a practice that fits your abilities, goals and lifestyle.
