I’m a Mom of Four—and This is why postpartum matters to me and should matter to you too!

I’m Ashley, a mom of four and motherhood has shaped every part of who I am—personally, professionally, and deeply in my heart. Each pregnancy, birth, and postpartum season taught me something new, and through those experiences I realized just how overlooked and undernourished the postpartum chapter truly is.
I’m a holistic health coach, personal trainer, pre- and postnatal coach, and pre and postnatal exercise specialist—but first and foremost, I’m a mother who has lived this journey. I’ve felt the physical changes, the emotional waves, the identity shifts, and the quiet need for support that so many moms carry, often without a place to land. Well, I’ve decided to create a space for mothers to land. This place is called the Holistic Postpartum experience and its essentially the postpartum care we all need. Welcome, mama. Come as you are.
Why I’m So Passionate About Postpartum Care
Somewhere along my personal journey, I had a big realization: postpartum isn’t something to rush through or “bounce back” from. It’s a season that deserves patience, nourishment, and care.
Our culture often tells moms to get their bodies back, get their energy back, get back to who they were before—but what if that’s not the goal? What if postpartum is about becoming instead of returning?
Whether you’re freshly postpartum, months in, or years into motherhood, your body still holds your story. Your core, pelvic floor, nervous system, and heart all deserve attention, respect, and gentle support.
The Community I’m Creating
I’m currently in the process of creating a community for moms—a space rooted in compassion, education, and connection.
This is a place where moms can meet themselves exactly where they are on their postpartum journey. A place to:
- Reconnect with the core and pelvic floor in a safe, intentional way
- Share and honor birth stories without judgment or comparison
- Learn nourishing, wholesome recipes—whether you’re newly postpartum or long past it
- Build supportive relationships rooted in healing and sisterhood
This community is about slowing down, listening to our bodies, and remembering that we were never meant to do this alone.
